Orders can be shipped internationally. Current delivery fees are as below and are subject to change.

UK and Channel Islands

Royal Mail 2nd Class: £2.50 (free on journal orders)
Royal Mail Tracked 48: £4.00

Delivery time: approx 2-3 working days

Please note, if tracked delivery is not selected at checkout, hanzcurls.com cannot be held responsible for any lost or missing parcels. However, please get in touch if you believe your item is lost in the post.

International shipping

International orders can be shipped via the Royal Mail International Tracked/Standard/Economy services:

Europe

(Approx 3-5 working days)

Royal Mail International Standard – £8

Royal Mail International Tracked – £10.50

US

Royal Mail International Economy – £8.50

(Up to 6 weeks – usually less)

Royal Mail International Tracked – £17.50

(Approx 5-7 working days)

Rest of World

Royal Mail International Economy – £9

(Up to 12 weeks – usually less)

Royal Mail International Tracked – £18

(Approx 5-7 working days)

Multiple journal orders

If purchasing more than one journal, delivery costs will increase to reflect the package weight.

Please get in touch if you’d like to purchase more than two journals: orders@hanzcurls.com.

International import fees

Along with the delivery fees above, international orders may incur additional charges before they can be delivered to you. These include import VAT, customs and handling fees.

The fees charged will depend on the country items are being shipped to, and we are unable to control or predict what they might be.

Hanzcurls.com is not liable for any additional fees charged by the recipient’s country.

It is the responsibility of the customer to pay these fees, and failure to do so may result in items being returned to hanzcurls.com. Refunds on such returns will be at our discretion.

Please check with your local customs office before importing goods from the UK.

Cancellations

Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. To cancel your order, email orders@hanzcurls.com.

Returns

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can make a return within 14 days of receipt, so long as the item is unused and in its original packaging.

Customers must pay for the returns postage fee and obtain proof of postage. Refunds will be made via the payment method that was used upon placing the order.

If your item is faulty, please get in touch as soon as possible.
